Offered for your consideration is a No-Name Vintage Leslie Henry Toy Cap Gun from the 1960's. It's a Top Break style and that mechanism works properly. There are no gaps in the seams. The cylinder spins freely, the hammer cocks and the trigger works.
(It's a little bit quirky to get the hammer to stay back, but not difficult by any means. You have to pull the hammer back slightly to the left to get it to lock into position. When you pull the trigger, the hammer releases as it should.)
You just have to get the "feel" of it. Possibly, there's something that can be adjusted to resolve this, if desired. (?) The nickel plating still has a nice brightness to it and the black grips are in overall Nice condition, with only a couple small marks and some tiny surface scratches; nothing glaring. There's really no major wear to mention. For its age, in my opinion, this cap gun is in really nice condition.
Overall, I'd classify the CONDITION as Very Good vintage condition.
