    From the original files of Lone Ranger Television, here is a unique candid photo of CLAYTON MOORE greeting ARTHUR MACARTHUR IV, the young son of GEN. DOUGLAS MACARTHUR at a Rodeo held at  Madison Square Garden in New York.   Mr. Moore spotted the general's son in the audience with his parents and trotted over on Silver to say hello.
