Valhalla Scientific 2705 Programmable AC Voltage/Phase Standard

This unit is in good cosmetic condition with some scuffs and scratches from normal use and storage. We have tested this unit to power up only as we have no means or knowledge to actually test this unit. Most of the buttons respond to input however the voltage doesn't change when the buttons are pushed and we are not sure if it's supposed to.
This unit will need calibrated and unfortunately we do not have the key for the back of this unit. We are selling this for parts or repair as we do not know anything about it and we are unsure if it functions properly.
