Upon inspection of the device,
I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use.
There are noticeable scuffs and scratches on the front face of the device.
There is some rust on the top of the device (see picture #5).
The plastic shroud for the bottom of the device is missing.
All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition.
I was able to power on the device using an in-house programmable power supply.
All buttons except for "+/-" button in the Line Drop Compensation group were tested to be working.
The switches are untested.
No further testing could be completed due to lack of knowledge and/or resources.
The device is sold as is for parts or as a non-working item.
No power supply is included.
