Pair of Old Antique Floral Cast Iron Curtain Tie Backs Hardware...Estate Find

I am selling this pair of heavy Tiebacks or Tie backs for curtains and drapes for a friend of mine....upon doing some research I did learn that many of these floral cast iron items were made by Hubley but I am not sure about these, the only marks that I can see is an embossed number 2 on the back of each tieback
Each one has been painted over as I can see what looks like perhaps a darker color underneath....I state this because my Friend does have some painted dark Green floral tiebacks with Pink flowers on them
Both pieces measure at 3 1/8" in diameter however one tieback has a 2.25" back screw and the other one measures at 2.50"
