    Nichols
    This Miniature Spit-Fire Toy Cap Gun Rifle was made by Nichols, circa 1950's to 1960's
    .  At about 8.75 inches long, it is made of diecast with plastic stock.  The rifle has surface wear, scrapes and scratches in the finish, as shown in photos, with warping in the plastic stocks.  The trigger pulls and the hammer snaps, although it may no longer be strong enough to fire caps
    .  There are a couple of "lines" in the stock that may be scratches or tightly closed cracks, as shown in photo.  This toy cap gun is intended for adult collectors and not for children to play with.
    This replica gun contains the colored markings required by law, including a permanently attached orange plug.
