BLADE 350 QX3 Quadcopter Drone Aerial Camera Platform, Spectrum DX4 Transmitter

Here is a Radio Controlled Quadcopter / Drone from HORIZON HOBBY.
It s the BLADE QX3 and it has the SPEKTRUM DX4 Transmitter.
Also included is an extra set of Propellers, Original Box and a full Owner's Manual.
The Drone measurs about 16" diagonally not counting the props.    It has a Go-Pro Camera Mount and Landing Gear.
It does not include any Batteries or Charger.
The Transmitter works and the Drone will bootup.  I can get a GPS lock but I can't seem to activate the 4 motors.  I'm not sure if I am doing something wrong and Horizon no longer supports this model.
I am selling it 'as-is' for parts or repair.  It may work fine, but I was unsuccessful and can't find any help for it.
